if society says its ok for women to alter their bodies by silicone or what not then society also support it for men or its a double standard, therefore the conclusion is that it's just a matter of time before implants in men will be as widely accepted, or more, than implants in women.
whether it be calves, chest or whatever.
soon there will be discussions on women parts of forums like this when girls say "yeah i love implants on men, my bf got a great silicone chest" or "well i prefer real calves, but i rather see a guy with 22 inch fake calves than 16 inch real"
give it another 5-10 years.

but why do you hate them? since you show to display a pair of bad ones i assume you hate when they dont turn out good
but theres no reason to believe that in the future they will be so good we can hardly spot theyre fake

Yes. If it's fake it is never going to move, flex, or look like a real muscle; it may look real at rest but never while in motion. It will never feel like a real muscle. It will never have the function/strength of a real muscle. No matter how good it looks, the person who has it will never have the discipline of someone who got it by working out. Think of Star Jones; she is still a fat woman with low self esteem in a thin woman's body; no amount of surgery can address that. Sorry, that is not sexy. Ditto for muscle implants. :'(
