I also have a plan for this year. I am again looking at a major surgery that will set me way back in order to have the ability to be better in the long run. If I take 6 months of lifting getting a pec repair then do months of rehab and prep to come back to the show next year with a slightly better pec that isn't luck that is again a plan and it is not an easy plan. I might be able to do better next year without getting a repair and just training 12 months but I am absolutely going to do better the following year 2 with a repaired pec. I am in this for the long term and making long term decisions I am taking the harder path.

Theres no long term decision. You have been blasting gear for 20 years and look as if you haven’t lifted a weight aside from your one arm and traps from (not using proper form) your lack of back development is proof.
You should focus on lowering your blood pressure , stop shitting blood, stop throwing up black stuff and not abusing prescription drugs and your wife
