In holland they make weed that has 10-15 times the thc concentration of that of natural weed

considering how many people there abuse it no wonder a lot of them come across as retards online

There's not more people in Holland who smoke weed than in other countries. In fact the % is higher in US en UK for instance. I do agree that the stuff is somewhat stronger in Holland these days...
