For dinner last night, I had a large bowl of very delicious New England style clam chowder, garnished with fresh bacon bits and two slices of garlic toast. Yummy!

5whole eggs, 4 egg whites, 80gms oatmeal, 1/2 cup raisins, honey

Protein shake - 10 egg whites, 1 scoop whey, two rice cakes w/jam, 1 uncrustable

9oz chicken tenders,2 cups of rice

Same as meal 2

9oz Red meat, large baked potato, asparagus

8egg whites, cup of rice

2am- protein shake w/10 egg whites, 1 scoop whey protein

4) Whole rotessierie chicken without the skin or fat
5) Salad and 8 ounce steak

(Snacks during baseball game) Two packs of sunflower seeds, couple handfulls of popcorn

I do. I've been having soup for a meal and apple sauce as a side ever since I can remember. Guess this means I was born old. :)

What besides the breast on a chicken is white? We no longer have a Boston Market around where I live. Too bad, because I liked their food. Was the glass/gallon of of water half empty or half full?

Dinner time - 2 pek chopped pork sandwiches, 3 bags of crisps

Afternoon snack at work - mince pie

Tea time - 4 sausages, 6 slices bacon, 3 slices black pudding, two eggs, one slice fried bread and tinned tomatoes.

Snacks - crisps, crab sticks, few pints of milk
