« on: April 13, 2012, 02:09:53 PM »
My good friend is entering national masters in july, and we are doing our best to land him top 3. his last 3 yrs were 4th, 2nd and 5th. he is 6' tall, and currently 245.

cycle:

the last 2 months he has been priming with 5IU/5 days/wk china blue tops
tren @ 450/week
deca @ 400/week (doc prescribed it, so he used it)
test prop @ 500/week
test cyp @ 750/week (also from doc)

14 - 8 weeks out
gh @ 10IU 5days/week
tren @ 450/week
EQ @ 600/week
test prop @ 500/week
anavar @ 25mgs/day

8 - 5 weeks out
same as above adding masreron @ 400/week
raising tren to 700/week

5 - 1 week out
dropping gh
raising masteron to 750/week
raising tren to 1000/week
raising anavar to 100/day
keeping EQ 600/week
keeping test prop 500/week

any help or insight would be greatly appreciated! thanks

Id use tne the last few weeks and drop the eq at 2-3 weeks out. Maybe throw some droll in the last few days and up the mast to a gram the last couple weeks. Any aes ais or diuretics?

He's taking arimadex 3 days a week. I told him to drop it when he starts the masteron. I wish we could get tne, but having some trouble finding a decent source. I'll let him know to drop the EQ @ around 3 weeks out. Thanks a lot guys! Appreciate the help!

This is what I told him. He gets it from the doc and it's not cheap. He was gonna run it at 50/day but I told him to hold off and run 100 at the end. Our access is limited due to living in hawaii and dealing with customs. Seems like most the labs I get turn out to be bunk! So we are trying to get him the best results with what we have!

I don't. The guy eats super clean year round though. His dedication to clean food amazes me!

What do you guys think about adding primo to the mix. I've heard a lot of good things about tren, mast, primo mix! Any suggestions on timing or dosage?! Thanks

First advice, never think in absolutes. For example, have a plan, but understand it can change....don't think you have to add this, increase that or remove this other thing at X date in the diet just because three months ago you said that's what you were going to do. Have a good solid plan, but leave room for adjusting as needed.

That said, as others mentioned there's probably no reason to drop HGH that far out....12-14 days out is a good rule of thumb. A week might be OK, but 12-14 days is a safer bet.

I don't see a lot of use for the Anavar at 25mg/ed. That's low and I just don't see it being much of a benefit. In my view, 30mg/ed is the low end for a slight athletic performance boost, but most men need at least 50mg-80g/ed for it to be worthwhile in most cases.

I'm also still a fan of an AI in a contest plan...especially during the latter portions of the plan.

Great advice. Thanks! You think arimadex .5 mg EOD is good?!

yep,,, dont rely on masteron as an AI for comp prep, you realy do need a daily dose of arimidex for at leat the last 5 weeks in my opinion...

and definatly dont drop the gh untill a week or so out as arnie mentioned above
