How did Nasser and Ian get the heavy barbell up on seated shoulder presses?? They arent in a power rack or a military press unit.

Im sure they didnt clean it from the floor...and then sit down with it...then press it

as far as i know there are always 2-3 young men with any photographer, their job is to lift weights for pros when taking magazines shots!!..

another possibility is that there was a squats rack in front of them so each of them could easily take the weight and sit with it!!..

was he a heavy duty trainer or more a muscle-spinning man?

Whoa, I can't believe I almost missed this thread, great thread Sherief!  There are many pics in here which even I hadn't previously seen.  I seriously think I will look this thread up every time before going to the gym for extra motivation, and maybe I should bump it every time too
