this weekend i was at the galleria and was in the bookstore and found a book called the Anabolic Primer
it had all kinds of stuff in it, but it also had the blueprints of the pros in it!
and u were listed in there w/ your precontest procedures
it said u stop training heavy legs a month out from the show
and that u include lots of protein powder in your diet...but i remember in w4w u did not have any shakes? so i was confused.
it also talked about u having cheat meals...i never hear u speak about this?
and taked about u doing cardio at 12 incline at 3-3.1 mph...in the w4w scene where u are wheezing on the treadmill i dont remember u having a high incline on the tread...so this confused me as well!
did u know u were in this book?
and do u reccomend buying it???
