Ok, as a libertarian, I support your right to inhale THC until all the neurons of your hippocampus self-suicide and you become a senile idiot. But I do not support you forcing me to inhale this disgusting thing. If you smoke this shit in your back yard, guess what? The smoke, being a volatile gas, spreads around in the air and poisons it for a few hundred feet around the area where you are smoking. You are forcing me to take your THC, and I don't want to. You potheads sons of bitch need to understand that there are people who do not enjoy marijuana and what it does to one's memory and mental acuity, and that when you throw your smoke around you are forcing other people to inhale it. So, you fucking disgusting hippies should go deep into the woods to enjoy your vice. You do not have the right to smoke at home. Alcohol is completely different because the harm it does is only done to the person that is drinking it. The same goes for cocaine, heroin and amphetamines. We cannot stop Carbon monoxide emission because all engines, except electric, which are extremely impractical, emit it. But any pothead can have the decency of moving a few hundred feet away from non-smokers before lighting marijuana. That is called being civilized, you f.aggot. Also, Carbon monoxide released into the air has very low accute toxicity, whilst marijuana smoke is loaded with carcinogens and neurotoxins. Terrible argument.

I neither smoke (cigars, marijuana, cigarettes, etc.) nor drink alcohol. I think such substances are bad for you, especially so those that have an affect upon your ability to think clearly. I don't begrudge someone a fine cigar, I just prefer not to indulge myself. The same holds true for adult beverages although I despise public and even private drunkards.

most weed is grown organically these days I don't think you have much to worry about and actually marijauna is not dangerous if you are use to it it just something that makes you chill out a little bit if you talk to alot of long term smokers most actually drive better on marijauna are nicer when on the drug and if used correctly can life a healthy lifestyle even when smoking it everyday. My one friend would wake up at 5 in the morning for his job and do a 2 liter gravity bong before going to work :o That would be enough to kill me someone would honestly have to take me to the hospital and this asshole would do it right before work. All the potheads our age would congregate at our pad. If they couldn't find weed they would all be going nuts scanning their cell phone contacts looking for someone. Non addictive my ass. weed is addictive- IMO. I smoked it for years everyday and I always had alot of it! one day I ran out and I was miserable! nothing like a oxycontin/opiate withdrawal but it was horrible. I would be calling everybody I knew asking if they had anything they could kick me down I didnt care how much I just wanted to get high. I couldnt sleep without the stuff! or eat! it is more addictive than one would think especially after smkoing it everyday for 10 years. The best of the best everyday. Im on the westcoast where everybody and their momma grows so there is never a shortage but this one week nobody had anything! I went as far as driving into hippie town and just asking random hippies wich I never have had to do so Yeah the shit is addictive not nearly as bad as opiates but its not just mentally addictive. you get edgy! and pissed. with opiates if your a heavy enough of a user you will have to go to the hospital! After I got hit by a drunk driver i was put on opiates long term. I signed a pain contract wich allowes the doctor to call me in for UA's urinary analysis and pill counts if they want to since I get so many 30mg roxicodone tablets. this started 3 years ago so I have not smoked weed for 3 years but where I live I also got a medical marijauna card from a clinic and so did my roomates so we crop pounds of weed legally the finest! super sour diesel, OG skunk, Trainwreck, Northern Lights#5, Indica B, C-99. all grown organically. its hard not to smoke it but I dont smoke it even with turkey bag pounds of each kind right there. we just had the harvest moon so now we got outdoor chronic that we yielded about a pound per plant off of. I will admit pot is mentally addictive...i get fucking pissed and have to meditate to keep cool. I cant sleep without it and i dont really eat when im not smoking....i only smoke.once a day now otherwise id do nothing all day...

With weed the amount you smoke means nothing, absolutely nothing. It's how often you smoke that matters. Your weed threshold goes up every time you smoke. Which is why smoking weed everyday makes you less of a stonner than someone that gets high every other day. I have smoked out of apples, pieces, bongs, blunts, etc. Smoked on the east coast and west coast good shit and bad shit. Ive inhaled so hard that I dont stop coughing for 20 minutes and my eyes are as red as a tomatoe at least 20 times. SMM, quit trying to sound smart because you Googled a few studies and skimmed over the abstracts you cock wrangler. Smoke from blocks away will do NOTHING AT ALL. Not everything that happens in a petri dish sizes up in real life. Anyone with half a brain can see that most of the "studies" about marijuana are flawed, use shitty controls, shitty marijuana and are all around brain dead. And don't researchers in the United States need to get marijuana through NIDA to study it? Post any study you want and we can dissect it and expel all the fear mongering in seconds. It's not difficult to see how bias they are.
It's ironic that many of the studies showing little to no benefit use shitty marijuana provided by the NIDA. But all the ones that want to illustrate how dangerous it is uses awesome marijuana tested using expensive and highly technical chromatography equipment. That's okay though. The latter studies just want to show how "potent" marijuana is nowadays, which is an inherent pro and not a con. It just means less needs to be smoked or consumed to illicit recreational or medicinal benefits. The pharmaceutical industry tried to capitalize on marijuana but synthetic THC and endocannabinoids pale in comparison to the rich and abundant natural compounds. They cannot be recreated nor improved on. It will take thousands of years to produce any synthetic compound that holds a candle to what mother nature and selective breeding have accomplished.
And no right to smoke in homes? HA!! Most states approve MMJ, although unfortunately not so much on a federal level. Here in Canada we have a program that provides exception from legal persecution for those who meet qualifications. The program has it's flaws and is hard to get enrolled in, but I am waiting on my papers and will be fully legal in the next month or two. I'll be permitted to have up to 25 lovely marijuana plants which I'll be growing to the size of fucking trees in my other house. I live beside an RCMP officer too and she doesn't give a fuck either when I smoke. I smoke outside in my undies while I let my dogs take a shit and she just smiles, asks how training is going or how my wife is doing and that's that. No one really gives a fuck anymore. And soon I'll have lovely papers, picture ID and a sheet to plaster outside of the beautiful grow room that I spent thousands on turning into a lab. Once I have an electrician re-wire and finish some renovations and improvements I'll show a picture of my lab in all it's glory.

I saw addition mentioned earlier - It's not a substance which is addictive either. I have an addictive personality but I can turn it off like a light switch. I have a pound of fine ass marijuana that I grew sitting around and I hardly have an urge to smoke it. I can eat it in the form of a baked good or simply abstain all together. It's not difficult. I smoke for legitimate recreational purposes and the only recreational smoking I do is before the gym to loosen things up and to provide an exceptional mind-muscle connection. I've just smoked for the first time in a few days though and before that it's been extremely sparing that I've smoked. It takes a real big fuck up to let marijuana "ruin their life" or cause any sort of social or economic impact in their life. I've seen video games and fast food fuck more people up than marijuana. I've gone through phases in high school where I was selling pounds daily (about a dozen friends did this with me so it's no feat in British Columbia, I'm not bragging) and smoking non-stop from morning till night. And I've gone for months as well as years without smoking because I believed some of the fear mongering bullshit too unfortunately. Now I can look back on my journey with crippling migraines and honestly say it's a miracle plant. I have no shame in smoking, no fears about potential health challenges nor anymore legal challenges now that I've gotten things straightened out with the government and have my papers in processing. Can't wait to finally hold my card and say I'm 100% legal.

I agree with this. I think marijuana should be free and that owners of establishments should be allowed to permit marijuana in their establishment. If you had read what I wrote, I am a libertarian and I support your right to smoke pot or even swallow arsenic if you want to. The problem I have is with neighbors lighting up right next to my house. Why? Because marijuana, since it's smoked, releases smokes that travels to my house and affects me negatively. But statistics will easily show people exposed to the presents of drunks have higher stress levels than the average people, and this of course can lead to some major health problems.

You could even say that the drinker's effects would be much more delayed (as far as the bystander is concerned, and the general public) whereas the pot-smokers effects will immediately carry over to those next to him (or even over the fence)

I know there are, but my post was bringing light to the fact that if you live in well over 1-2 acres of land, your mansion should have enough yard space surrounding it (all corners), so that your neighbor's smoke should not be much of an issue.
In other words, unless you live in a normal neighborhood where your neighbor's home is immediately next to yours (as in 20-25 feet away at most), then you shouldn't have this issue.
So, with what you have said before, I would expect you to live in a home that resembles this:

Although it's entertaining and we like to make fun of Sucky there is also something almost morbidly tragic about him. That there's really a person like him out there somewhere. It seems as if the definition of being rich is not clearly understood here. I understand that one can be rich in good health, as well as rich in great company, but when it comes to monetary terms, being rich has a certain meaning to many of us.
If you are not a millionaire or billionaire, what type of rich person are you? For instance here in New York, unless you make well into the millions AND have savings + assets that amount well into the millions, you are not considered a rich person.
