NGA , OCB Federations

Anyone ever competed in shows by these feds? I'm looking at doing 2 by the NGA this summer and would love to hear feedback.

Vince G is the only person in north carolina that competes in those shows and is a badass  :-[

That;s why I compete in NE and not Carolina's.....it would be like Jay Cutler going against Flavio Bacinini (sp) ;)

its a 'tested' show but Vince gets his ass handed to him by 19yr old kids  :-[
