Every time a pic of someone who is shredded up comes onto these boards, tons of people cry out steroids.  Seriously?  Its called genetics, some bastards are just naturally blessed with a 6 pack and vascularity.  Stop acting like you've never seen someone who is cut up before.

actually I just read some comments in the jrod thread and i thought to myself, "seriously? have these dingleberries never seen someone ripped before or never seen someone who could bench 400 naturally?"  almost pathetic the way everyone crys steroids.

This is home of the hater's bro, best hater's in all the web gather here. The natural limit is unreal to those that are blessed w/ great genetics, 90% of ppl on here arnt even in shape, the funny part is if they spent 1/2 their energy they spend on here hating, they might even make progress towards their own physic's.  so...            plz consider

Yeah that's about the limit I guess .. he's quite ripped while hardly being small.

But I'm pretty sure that he was just born to lift and be muscular meaning he had a very exceptional genetic predisposition for building muscle and yet many on here some to think that a body like that can be achieved naturally for anyone which is complete bullshit.

Might be due to an altered perception of the human body ..today's "naturals" dwarf Sandow, hell even most "fitness models" are about the same size while being even leaner...
