So you think that makes it OK to become a murderer? Are you serious? You have no problem with a child dying because typed words in a text message? We don't even know what she said and to what affect. She wasn't approving of her 13 year old friend dating the guy because he was in high school and that's how the argument started. There's nothing anyone can say that warrants a head stomping leaving someone in critical condition. Yea, she's a total moron for saying anything derogatory towards the dead brother but to essentially say she deserves to die for it is completely fuked up.
I'm not saying I agree with what the other kid did, they're both idiots. But what do you expect fucking with a mentally unstable kid that just lost his brother, esp. at the age of 15... I guess in the end equilibrium is achieved, one kid goes to jail and the other has brain damage...both were wrong and both received punishment.
