Thanks but no thanks. I'd rather just know what your trying to say. My screen name pretty much says what I mean, I have to do cardio but I hate doing it. Simple but if my screen name was NicePecker, you might the meaning would be more vague.

well 1st off i can tell he's carb depleted in these pics, so he has no fullness at all and looks smooth, which is normal for 4 days out. Those of u i.e: like 240 who don't compete and never will, don't have a fuckin clue.. Bob will start carbing up, most likely on thur  into fri and so on..  Cut his water intake thur nite or fri morn.. Fri  is when we can start to judge how Bob looks, right now means nothing ::)
