She has her own outlet - Instagram with 42 million followers, and chose to put 'implied' nude pics up - and people care about her mental health.   Even though some people think 'how dare she', she can do what she wants, views on her pics makes her money, but not much.   She is ok with her body... whatever.  But then again, allegedly, she was had mental issues in the past...

For so many people that post their own 'special' pics, she is just another person that does.  Some people like her pics, some don't.
