well im 19, 5'9'' down to 193, trying to cut down to 185. my bench is 315 for 1 but my form suck, squat 335 for 1 ass to the ground, deadlift 455 for 1. i enjoy bench and deads but hate squats, however after reading this site ive come to learn squats build your entire body and sence doing them heavy and deep all my other lifts have increased. my goal is to hit 315 for 10 reps on the bench and 500 for 2 on the deadlift,
