what's your competition weight? maybe that will shut some people up who say there is no such thing as natural over 200 pounds
you have to remember that Goudy is 6'3" so on someone 5'10" or an inch taller that equals around 190, Goudy is very impressive though, very good build and good strength.

awsome goudy i see you have the technique down for bench, something im trying real hard to do, when i do get in the grove i seem to beable to lift atleast 30 ponds more but sometimes my elbows flair out and the bar gets away from me

just takes practise man. i got a good arch. ass never leaves bench. find ur own routine way of gettin in position and keep doing it.

also my elbows flare out a bit though my tris are very very strong and that helps me lol

well im 19, 5'9'' down to 193, trying to cut down to 185. my bench is 315 for 1 but my form suck, squat 335 for 1 ass to the ground, deadlift 455 for 1. i enjoy bench and deads but hate squats, however after reading this site ive come to learn squats build your entire body and sence doing them heavy and deep all my other lifts have increased. my goal is to hit 315 for 10 reps on the bench and 500 for 2 on the deadlift,

class lifts man and ur pretty ligh for those weights. how old are ya,

i startiung natural bbuilding after this wee comp and i intend to literally explode with size.

wanna get 315x20 rep squat in next year or so. 600 dead is getting closer and a 400 bench is a good bit away though. next goals are arms 19" cold flexed. well....when i start training them

im 19, wrestled my whole life so got some strength from that, ya i wa sup to 200 about 4 weeks ago but started to feel fat, plan on competing in my first pro fight in about 7-8 months depending on my progress so im starting to get my weight down and cardio up, right now im lifting only 3 days a week,

ncline bench 5 x 5
squat 5 x 5
chin ups 4 x 8-12 (with weight)
dips 4 x 6-10 (with weight)
calf raises

tue
deadlifts 5 x 5
cling and press 5 x 5
bb rows 4 x 6-8
curls 4-8-10
shrugs 4 x 6-8

thur
flat bench 5 x 5
front squat 5 x 5
pull ups 4 x 6-10 (with weight)
skull crushers 4 x 6-10
calf raises

then i start over with deads on sunday, working out pretty good along side my other training 3 days a week

19 inches cold is awsome goudy, right now my arms are 16, and exactly 16 hopefully i can get them up to 18 one day unfortunatly i have a wide waist due to alot of heavy oblique work so even when im dieted down for a fight and my abs are popping my waist is still large i would never make it in bodybuilding.

ah i see it now. i  missed it guibber sorry.

i used to do t bars tho now stopped about 6 months ago cos i was using sloppy form and hurting shoulders.

all i do now for back is deadlifts and chins. leaner u are too gives appearance that its more developed.

cool. since i've started training i've gotten wider and a little thicker lats but if i do a back double bi there's nothing. the lat spread looks much better. i noticed that my middle back on both sides of the spine going down are really flat, there's a lot of nothing.

As far as training since I work out at home now i only do barbell rows and deadlifts. I've got a bench that inclines, squat rack, preecher bench, leg extension/curl. ez bar and olympic set and dumbells.

the equiptment i got is ok. it's got all the basiccs except for dips and pull ups which i'll get something for soon. i just don't have any cables to work with.
