it actually does the opposite. it increased oxygen transport through an increase of red blood cells.
the danger is that it could potentially thicken your blood.

these are basic side effects of any AAS.
either he decides to take them or doesnt.

-seems to affect mostly older guys
-tren, EQ and anadrol are the worst offenders
-its highly genetic
-giving blood regularly helps (and is the only thing that does help)

i personally never had elevated RBCs or hematocrit, not even blasting test, tren and anadrol together for months on end (in the multiple gram range) so there you go, its all genetics as with most other side effects

Healthy diet, fruits, vegetables, omega 3, cardio, vitamin k, deep tissue massage (relaxation stuff), too much iron can increase hematocrit, aspirin, giving blood

EQ will inc ease heart rate for 2 reasons..  It can cause anxiety, which increases heart rate.  Also, it increases RBC's, which thickens blood.  Thicker blood=harder for the heart to move it so heart rate and blood pressure increase.

lol, no... do you know what RBCs do? they deliver oxygen.
thats the whole point of your heart pumping, to deliver oxygen to various tissues in need of oxygen supply.
higher RBCs = increased oxygen transport = less pumps needed = lower heart rate.

i do agree on the anxiety part though and the blood pressure increase. obviously thicker blood needs stronger pumps = higher blood pressure.

He could take regular blood test and blood pressure tests to monitor his heart. There are changes one can make to lower BP and Cholesterol but he shouldn't take anything unless there is a need. Also donating blood can help your hemacrit levels. Also controlling diet is also an important factor in heart disease. There are ways he could cycle and monitor changes to avoid issues in the future.
