Me the wifey and the dog went for a trail walk that turned into a loooong walk when we took a couple of wrong turns trying to follow the trail markers.


...By the time we got back to the car my dog was toast and when we got home he and wife passed out for a long nap ;D

No lie - been there.

Never seen my lady move as fast as when the sun was setting and we would be in the woods in the dark.

1 leg calf raises - 21 sets of 12-15 reps each leg (sets alternated with other exercises including warm up sets)
Behind neck press standing - 12,12,12
Barbell row - 12,12,12
Flat bench press - 12,11,10
Upright row - 12,12,11
Plate curls - 3 high rep sets
Hack deadlift - 12,12,12

still I read in credible sources that 120k is to be expected in 24 months. I have no reason to doubt these sources majorly. So lets take off 20% to be conservative and we get 100k
