I was okay with what was written in the article you linked until I read this part, "Haley's voters aren't just Democrats. They're the most rabid, left-wing, delusional, anti-Trump members of the Democrat party's already left-wing and delusional base." So, I decided to find out more about Zerohedge. Very interesting, they are basically just another far right propaganda 'piece of shit' website. Their topics mirror what one finds in the Epoch Times and the Daily Wire, both of which make it a habit to publish unverified information and stories. Enjoy your cult.

BTW many of my friends who supported Haley are Republicans.

It's true.  Vermont is an open primary state:  "Vermont is an 'open primary' state. You can choose the party’s ballot you wish to vote. This decision does not register you with that party and it is a private decision."  https://www.vote411.org/node/12172

The overwhelming majority of people in Vermont who voted for her were Biden supporters.  Biden won Vermont in 2020 66 percent to 30 percent over Trump.
