yeah that's why i contemplated the dieting down while still on..i've always had a thick waist. and that's where my hips are..so i'm like one big barrel. My arms are all bi's it seems...my tricep thickness is on the larger rear head.
Give me some constructive criticism..what do you think needs work on the upper body? traps are smaller because i just started working with them again. I know i havne't given ya'll a very good pic to work with..i'll work on that.
I was measured at 15% bf there and it was taken by a PT at the gym...judging by that pic do you think it's on or off? and by how much?
You're probably slightly higher in BF.
But what does that have to do with price of tea in China?
You're a benchpresser, and as long as you keep your BF in check, routinely cut up some, you ain't got a problem IMO.
Focus on how much you lift.
