How can something 'personal' happen between you two when she's locked up?
Jailbirds have been taking advantage of the gullilble for years but it's doubtful even you could be stupid enough to get burned financially.
Who cares if she just got a jail wedding or made a commitment.... that thing isn't gonna lick itself, Meds. :)

you don't know what the angle was. she was using me to help her appeal. I researched all her trial stuff and sent it to her. I took her calls when she was upset at court. I don't have money so that was never it. I was the ONLY one with ties to the bodybuilding community and that's why she wanted me. okay that's part of it.

Hard to say. Ultimately there's no one to advocate for the dead guy. Almost anyone would have given her some consideration except for the reloading part of the scenario. Ironic how you always seem to omit that little detail when advocating for her on various sites. ::)
But the system worked and she's in the right place. All's well that ends well.

Sally was yet again turned down, this time for good. There is no hope she will ever get out.Two of three judges handling the case on the 9th Circuit Court agreed not to re-overturn the verdict. If you want to write to her to support her while in jail. Here's the address. She will die in prison.
