awesome thread blutohell yea, different music for everybody part, and different music for cardio as well. gangster rap for heavy compound movements, techno or upbeat rock for higher rep range iso movements, r&b for cardio
what music do u advise for cardio?thanks in advance
ive tried gangster rap but it didnt do it for me techno could work for higher reps though i can feel that, however for cardio would probably do house or some dance music stuff rather than r & b as r & b can be pretty slow
walking on the treadmill slow r&b is good.. go to the back row of treadmills and find a female with a nice ass and watch it with your r&b playing it will make the cardio go by faster
maybe something like this:
cardio music need to have a good beat and lyrics to go along so time goes by faster so one doesnt end up thinking "when the hell is this gonna be over with" but rather just keep going
agreed...bluto when youre cutting...how much cardio do u do? u still train 2 times a day right?
