  Do you guys like designer vaginas? Here shows a vaginoplasty. First, the woman is circumcised having her labia and clitoral hood removed, and then she receives silicone injections into her vulva to make them more pouty. Do you guys like the result? I think it looks much better.

Some vaginas are just ugly no matter how you slice it (pun intended). Thankfully, I haven't had one like that. But I digress ...

It seems silly that a woman would chop up her cooch in an effort to make it look nicer. Unless, that is, it's SO ugly no dick will go near it.
