Federal judge strikes down Joe Biden's 100-day deportation moratorium

Biden's Homeland Security Department told ICE and other agencies not to deport  immigrants guilty of heinous crimes including murder and child molestation, rape,etc. - memo sent on January 20

Move means deportations must resume with Biden administration certain to appeal
