i wouldn't know because i don't go to the cardio area. it's all about tabata sprints at the track at 4:00am

I'm talking about people following weight training routines in magazines
btw how long / how many sprints do you do?

following the tabata protocol, I do 8 sets of 20 sec of sprints/10 sec of walking. the sprints though have to be killer though- like on a scale of 1-10, you have to be at 10.
it's hard BUT it is super efficent, super effective and short (only 4 minutes)

my sprinting days were my best days....
my 90 minute cardio sessions aren't doing shit for me ...I'm going back to my old sprinting days, maybe they will help me come in shape for Mr. Getbig III

do them on a empty stomach, first thing in the morning and you will be shredded

you only rest 10 seconds between 20 second sprints?
