The Real Story Behind the Titus Murders
« on: December 22, 2005, 02:32:05 PM »
Their former roommate (MJ) had allegedly been using Kelly's identity and had been successful in getting a loan in her name. When Craig and Kelly found out, it was too late. The roommate had allegedly cashed the check and spent some of the money. Craig went ballistic. He allegedly strangled her and put the body in the trunk of Kelly's Jag.  He paid Gross $300 bucks to take the car and burn it. Gross didn't know there was a body in the trunk and he allegedly torched the car with the lighter fluid Craig bought. Gross turned himself in when he learned on the news about the body in the trunk and he gave up Titus and Ryan.

And that's the bottom line.

Gross should have taken that $300 and gotten himself a website prior to turning himself in.  Could you even imagine the hits he would be getting?

$300 for torching a Jag is about the going rate in Vegas. In the Bronx and Washington Heights it's closer to $200, but some guys will do it for free if they think the guy who ran Vic's Gym is in the trunk.

Unbelievable!  So, not only does Craig think the best way to get rid of a body in Las Vegas is to burn it in the back of his own car, he also thinks it would be a good idea to involve some 23-year-old kid, so there's someone who can testify against him.  Brilliant move, Craiggers.

He's so fuccking st00pid he deserves to go to jail.

Bets on how long till they are caught, or if they get away?

I'd guess they're in custody in less than a week. Neither one of them are very bright.

yeah, they may sit tight somewhere for three days, then they'll get nabbed.  Unless they ran straight to Mexico before they were on to them

If they managed to get cash and get across the border they may last for a little while, but eventually they'll either run out of money or do something stupid (or both) and get caught.

Yeah, they have been running for almost a week now (?) – They’re gone. But as soon as this news gets picked up nationally, that’s when they’ll be spotted. My call will be in about a month’s time.

10 Things You Need to Know
« Reply #19 on: December 22, 2005, 04:23:57 PM »
10 Things You Need to Know:

1. Both will be charged with murder;
2. They have a $500,000 home so there will be no court-appointed lawyers;
3. A competent Vegas criminal defense attorney will charge no less than $50,000 for a murder one case;
4. Pinnacle aint footin' the bill and neither is Uncle Joe or King Kamali;
5. Unless Craig and Kelly are complete morons (a distinct possibility) they probably have enough equity in their home to each get competent defense counsel (and they should hire separate attorneys);
6. Kelly, if properly advised, will roll over on Craig and claim to be a victim and plead to lesser charges;
7. If Craig has to take all of the heat for this one, he probably won't get out until the 2040 Mr. Olympia;
8. With the physical evidence charred, there will be little direct evidence to convict Craig; the case will largely be circumstantial; in other words, the DA will need Kelly;s cooperation to get the conviction.
9. Craig has family in Texas and that's where they will be apprehended.
10. This news will go national by Friday; John Walsh, meet Craig Titus, America's Most Wanted.

The same way I knew they were being charged with murder before the rest of you believed it. The same way I knew Coleman would win the Olympia this year. The same way I knew Lee Priest would eat 8 cheeseburgers last night. The same way I knew that 240 would be owned, banned, re-invent himself as a nice guy, and come back to posting funny things again...Hang on, collect call from Texas on the other line....Okay, I'm back...what were we talking about? Oh yeah, the sudden silence of the PROS on this site of which there can be only two explanations:

1. By standing by solemnly, they are supporting their fellow athlete in his time of need; or
2. By standing by solemnly, they avoid being the next person charbroiled in the trunk of Kelly's car.

how about they simply have nothing to say?   if you don't have any new information, and don't want to make a smart assed remark, what would you say?
