Black clad "protesters" appeared. These are Antifa. Antifa works with the government, see BLM and how they were allowed to riot during BLM. See picture. For some reason they were held  back during these riots until now. "Leftists" don't really know how to act here as there are large factions on both sides. People keep making peacefulness the standard for these protests. If somebody camped out on your lawn for days but was peaceful about it would you be OK with it? If you paid hundreds of thousands of dollars to send your kid  to a school and during the time leading up to finals, it was continually being disrupted by worthless dipshits, would you be OK with it?

And Biden hasn’t said shit about this. He’s doing what he always does in a crisis: hiding.

You are right on target. They are also being funded. All have the same tents. Many of the arrested don't even attend the school. Some are from out of state. Iran has just put out they will give a college education to any protester that wants one free of charge. It's amazing that it took till 5-2-2024 for Democrats to finally come out and say something about the protests. It's an election year and the protests, wars, inflation, crime and the economy are making them look bad. Suddenly in places like UCLA cops were green lighted to use tear gas and force to clear the area. If it wasn't a Presidential election year Newsom would be with the protesters yelling Israel sucks.
