Hey guys,
I created a blog that will consist of my own bodybuilding pics and articles that I have collected over the years. I will still be posting new content on the forums and also updating my blog weekly. I would appreciate it if you guys can save this website to your favorites/bookmarks.

Actually when you click a pic, it opens out to the original size and at the bottom it allows you to choose any pic to view at it's original size. No scrolling needed. Like this:

No he didnt, Bigger doesnt mean BETTER, his Quads were Deeply Separated in 1998 and had that Paper-thin skin Look to them only the A/C in 01 comes closest to 98, in 99 they were Massive and cut in 98 there were Shredded from the front, side and BACK Bigger isn't most times "Better".

Nasser looked his all-time best at this years Mr. Olympia. He was thick from every angle and had amazing conditioning. His front double bicep and abs & thigh (and Shawn Ray) were best in the show. Nasser came third last year and also came third this year, but was later disqualified over a failed diuretic test (which was stupid in my opinion). Take a look and see one of the greatest mass monsters in bodybuilding history.

Mohammed "Momo" Benaziza - 1989 Finnish Grand Prix
Mohammed "Momo" Benaziza was one of the original giant killers. There were many big names in this show such as Lee Lebrada, Vince Taylor, Phil Hill, Mike Christian, Samir Bannout, Albert Beckles and many more. The lighting at this show was great and helped display the deep separations in Momo's physique. In the end Momo placed third with Taylor second and Labrada winning the contest. I also would like to mention that Momo had one of the greatest backs in the history of bodybuilding and was one of only few men to beat Dorian Yates. Just a few years after this contest Momo passed away, but will always be remembered as one of the legends of bodybuilding. R.I.P.

2011 New York Pro HQ SCANS!!!
Kai Greene dominated the second he walked out on stage. He brought his best conditioning of his career to this contest. He worked with George Farah as his new nutritionist and they were able to put together the best Kai ever. My question is, could this 2011 New York Pro Kai beat a 2011 Mr. Olympia Phil Heath?

Lee Haney - 1985 Mr. Olympia DVD PICS!!!
This was Lee's second Mr. Olympia win. He came in fuller than the year before which filled out his frame and made his separation stand out even more. In my opinion, this was the year Lee took "back development" to the next level after the Lion Of Lebanon Samir Bannout.

Flex Wheeler - 1999 British Grand Prix High Quality PICS!!!
Some people say that this was Wheeler's best shape with the added size that he brought (I still prefer his 1993 Arnold Classic physique). Most people would kill to attain a physique like this. This contest had the best lighting in the history of bodybuilding. The show was stacked with the likes of Coleman, Wheeler, Levrone, Sonbaty and more. In the end Flex came in second with Ronnie Coleman coming in first.

I just wanted to post some great pictures of Sergio during his Mr. Olympia reign in the 1960's. Outside of how great he looked at the 1972 Mr. Olympia, this is how I remember Sergio by the way he dominated the late 1960's. R.I.P. Sergio. A true legend of bodybuilding.

Chris "The Real Deal" Cormier was in top shape for this show. He was near his all-time best (1999 Mr. Olympia). Cormier weighed in a little over 250 lbs and brought great conditioning along with amazing shape and symmetry. He went up against an off Jay Cutler who sacrificed size for a more stream lined look. In the end the judges had Jay winning by only one point. This was the 5th year in a row that Cormier came in second and in my opinion should of won the show.

Here are some amazing pics of Flex from the prejudging of the 2000 Arnold Classic. Amazing back double biceps, great abs & thigh and one of the best front double biceps of all - time. He was in better condition here than he was at the 2000 Mr. Olympia.

Paul Dillett - 1996 Mr. Olympia PICS!!!
Paul "Freak-enstein" Dillet was definitely in shape for the 1996 Mr. Olympia. He was the biggest bodybuilder on stage especially from the front and he brought good conditioning as well. Displaying probably the biggest arms of All - Time and some even say Dillet is the widest bodybuilder you will ever see from the front. As good as he was from the front and side, the guys who beat him out were all better from the back and had better posing. In the end Dillet originally placed sixth, but was later placed fifth due to Nasser El Sonbaty (who was in third place) being disqualified due to failing a diuretics drug test.

IN TERMS OF RONNIE,,,98/99 on a total package minus abs look genetic ,that is a insane genetic physique made with extreme anabolics that on a pro bbing stage has ever seen,but tbo he looked awesome smaller and skinned condition in 2nd photo with flattop hair that was around 92/94 time I think..

Kevin Levrone - 1992 Mr. Olympia DVD PICS!!!
It's the year 1992 where Kevin Levrone entered the Mr. Olympia and was the surprise of the contest by being the runner up in his Mr. Olympia debut. Kevin displayed the best Shoulders, triceps and quads in the show. He was shredded from head to toe. Ripped hams and glutes accompanied by striated quads and triceps. A rear lat spread so wide he could fly and one of if not the best hands clasped most muscular of All - Time!!! In my opinion this was Kevin's best display of mass and conditioning in his entire career. Some say that he should of been crowned the winner as Mr. Olympia instead of Dorian Yates. You be the judge.

Ronnie Coleman - 2000 British Grand Prix Prejudging - DVD PICS!!!
Here are some great pics of Ronnie Coleman at the prejudging of the 2000 British Grand Prix. Ronnie was definitely better here than he was at the 2000 Mr. Olympia. He displayed better separation, conditioning and a tighter waist. He dominated the show which included other bodybuilders such as Jay Cutler, Dennis James, Gunter Schlierkamp, Markus Ruhl. Orville Burke and many others. In my opinion this is one of the best showings Ronnie had in his career.

I liked how Jay looked up until 2003 Ironman Pro. Even though in 2009 he won the Mr. Olympia, his waist was just too damn wide.

Yup....Jay had a Good Back in his Prime and it was Wide and thick as Hell but "Flex" rating his Back above Flex wheeler, Mommos, Alberts and Samirs is silly all of the above had (at one time or another had superior conditioning, detail etc and had the compete back too compliment that type of detail)

Ronnie's arms in that mm are insane
I think his arms looked the best at the 99 GP show than at any other show.
not just lighting. he was super cut and just a little bigger than normal at the time (260 pounds I believe)

Kevin Levrone - 1997 English Grand Prix DVD PICS!!!
Kevin Levrone cruised to a victory at the 1997 English Grand Prix held in Nottingham, England just one week after the 1997 Mr. Olympia. Kevin looked amazing. He was full and his conditioning was a lot better at this contest than it was at the 1997 Mr. Olympia a week before. In my opinion this is one of the best looks Kevin has achieved.

"Muscle Maturity" is bullshit, imo... You either have that quality look from the start or not, look at Yates, Arnold, Coleman, compared to Oliva, Dillett, Wheeler and others... It's almost entirely genetic, like graininess, genetic traits like structure, muscle bellies, insertions, joints, lines... That's why i laugh everytime that someone mentions Big Ramy getting his "muscle maturity" in the future and winning...

This was Phil's rookie season and his second IFBB Pro win making it 2 for 2 (Phil won the Colorado Pro the week before). He beat Darrem Charles who came second and Dennis James coming in third.

Funny thing is early on his arms didn't seem like that much of a liability. But as the rest of him grew they didn't really "keep up" as the years went by.

his torso was incredible front to side thickness,pecs ,traps were enough but yeah his arms stayed back,,you only had esciclene then but it was an inflammatory swell and that could backfire if u did it in certain parts,he played it safe rolled with his best which pretty much was for that era..
