In addition to two thirds vote in House of Representatives (unlikely), it will require two thirds vote in the Senate (impossible) and then three fourths of the state legislatures to approve it (impossible). It’s really sad that our politicians keep proposing things that have no chance of going anywhere. And the Republicans are just as guilty as the Democrats (border wall to be reimbursed by Mexico)
