I just thought I would start a thread praising Hank Wood. As you all know, Hank suffers from delusional schizophrenia and occasionally posts some irrational comments on topics he actually knows nothing about. But, due to his mental illness, I would like to encourage Hank to keep up his insightful and wise posts as they are always good for a laugh. Hank's Mum was kind enough to provide me with a recent training pic of Hank going for it in the squat. I am sure you will all join with me in encouraging Hank in his training, as it can also benefit the mentally challenged as well. Good Luck Hank, I think you will go a long way, as it appears that their is a long way for you to go.

Seriously, In this picture of heavy squatting at it's finest, Hank has arms, they are just pointed away from the camera and are parallel to the ground. You can see Hanks hands on the bar

I imagine he doesn't work out, considering all the time he spends on this forum dribbling shit. I just hate Hank, that's all.

This board has been decisively defeated by none other than its own creator! Why all the hate for GetBigs major players Ron? let them free before this place goes straight to G4P spam meltdown mode!
Hank wood did nothing but try to shine a light on the seedy business that is Pro BB and had fact driven commentary about Pro BBings gay underpinnings and freakish culture....he is sorely missed.
Camel Jockey is right, he is needed on these boards.
