I'm not sure if he's just spinning things when he said he hasn't missed a workout since February of '05, but if he really hasn't taken a break after losing to Jay, he will fall harder in '07.

I think he got his dates wrong, more than likely meant Feb 06. I cant believe he couldn't see the weekness in his left lat? I can lend him the DVD if he doesn't believe?

After listening to Jay, he is one class act and I have lost a ton of it for Ronnie - According to Jay, Ronnie told him to his face that Jay was the better man that night and that he accepted the defeat.

Then he says they gave him the victory just to create interest...

Jay is the better man on and off the stage!!

Don't know about him being the better man onstage, but i did gain a great dael of respect for Jay from what he had to say. He came across much differently that what i thought of him previously

Like him or hate him, Shawn is very well spoken and is one of the few athlete's that can actually string sentences together.

jay is very calm and intelligent..i really liked when he said that 2 black bodubuilders won the olympia olympia 8 times each and 1 white bodybuilder won the olympia 6 time.so his win was not the result of him being white or black....i have lost all my respect for connie coleman

Great point to bring up - forgot about that. I just think it's very sad that the race card is always going to be thrown by the black individual, no matter what the situation. Did you EVER HEAR Jay say that the reason he came in second all those years to ROnnie was because of race? Or Arnold say that the reason Lee Haney beat his record was because he was black???
