Without the  weighted vest, anadrol and trt you wouldn’t be more than 180 lbs.

Take the vest off and re weigh yourself

2 greek yogurts w 2 hand fulls green grapes

1/2 watermelon and pissed 8 times during the nite.

I was off and on it at times, now I`m completely focused.....I`m not shredded but very solid.....I took 5 years off and lost everything so I had to rebuild from scratch and had a huge waistline for the first time in my life........I have changed my body composition dramatically since I first started back training after that 5 years of almost complete inactivity.
