It is only postponed until his appeal regarding presidential immunity is resolved.  Don't worry, this case and Smith isn't going anywhere.   :D

Someone is going to have to break the news to him that the NY fraud trial is only postponed until Engoron sees the outcome of the perjury charge that is being leveled against Trumpy's witness for his lies on the stand as well.
