Honestly this place is awesome the machines are shockingly high quality I have used 2 and both were great you can just tell high end stuff. Its open 24/7 and dirt cheap they are even playing Rat in a Cage On the stereo system

4 sets of 25 Preacher curl machine
4 sets 25 bicep curl machine
4 sets 30 tricep extension machine



Has no clue how to train.....8 total sets for a huge bodypart like upper back.... then does the same 8 sets for a tiny bodypart such as biceps, which just got indirectly targeted during the back "workout"...then just a mere 4 sets for triceps as opposed to the 8 sets for biceps, even though triceps are 2/3 of the upper arm.

Fucking novice!!  ;D


I`m gonna` start pointing out all the flaws in his routines.....maybe he`ll learn something about training for proportion.

Did legs today
Warmup/ Flexibility movements- Then on to....
Standing calf machine  superset with Laying straight bench  leg curls 5-6 sets - reps 🤷‍♂️ Enough & some rest pause
Nautilus leg extensions  Superset with Front Squats - 7-8 sets worked upto 125kg on Fronts
45°  Leg Press Superset with Back Squats around 7-8 Sets worked upto 145kg on Back Squats.
Some Neck work & Abbs

Very warm & humid in gym no air circulation
Looked like I'd had a shower with my training clothes on by time I'd finished
Or rather workout had finished me.

Age 62 - No Pics - No Video - Training on my own
No I weigh 240lbs Bwanky & No I'm not as Strong / Powerful as I once was .
Aging Sucks.
Good workout.....fuck pics that`s for Hanky.

hurt my back over the weekend, not training just twisted and had a spasm
Took a few pregabalin
Trained today
Light workout, trained back just a few cpull downs and machine rows with my chest against a bench
Oh and 5 sets preacher curls
Isn`t it ironic that most times we get injured it is outside of the gym.

Play it safe my friend.......but stay focused.

Prime, did you have summers off also? OR did you still need to work during the summer.
I imagine the job was fairly stress-free.

"Rich" is about having a great "pay to debt" ratio, living well, etc.

I paid off my house over a decade ago, and no car payments or college payments (planned properly from their births for both of my kids college accounts, piece of cake).
Im very far from being "rich" but I feel as though I am,  8)
