Ok I see the track for your door now

Having plantation shutters in the garage probably threw you off  ;)

Nice.
Fantastic man!!   :) :)

Thanks, big guys! The coolest piece of the equipment is cut off a little bit, but it's an iso leg press. Fairly unique since I never seen them in any commercial gyms.

It's an older, beat-up version of this. Came from FAU's football gym

Nice setups studs!

Cook's gym reminds me one of the first places i trained. Inside an old hay barn my friend's dad had a setup like that, but not nearly as nice. Had those old plastic weights with sand and a pulldown cable setup.

I bet it gets a little toasty in there in the summer.

I believe you are from Texas too so yeah you know how hot it gets. I have been buying (mostly second hand) equipment for the better part of 40 years. My wife is big on garage sales and often people will have training equipment that’s in their way and will let it go cheap. I had a lot of stuff but my building was 10 x 24 ft so I spent more time moving stuff than training so I went to a great local commercial gym.About 7 years ago they told us they were closing so I knocked one wall out and expanded 12 ft outward. So my gym is about the size of a two car garage. It’s really perfect for me because I train alone which I have come to enjoy.
