Why hasn’t Bernie Sanders spoken out on this?
He's out of date enough to still think that government is a counterbalance to business interests. My dad thinks that's the case because "that's their job!"
The possibility of revolving door collusion between industry and regulatory agencies just doesn't compute with Statists. If businesses is greedy and evil then anyone who claims to regulate it must be angelic. Even if they were working for pharma/Lehman/Monsanto the week prior, and return a couple years later.
I wouldn't worry about Bernie himself. He's a cooked goose. But like The Donald, it's the conditions which conjured him that endure.
