Taking the next three days off then gonna` go back in time and try training every bodypart twice weekly.......been doing once a week for years and years.......I need a change.
I`m gonna hit chest + back on day 1, then shoulders + arms on day 2.,..then legs on day 3.....then I`ll repeat it for the next 3 days.
It`s been a lifetime since I trained like this but it should be interesting.
