Many Forget that Cedric Mc millan showed a personal best at the Arnolds last year, and was only beaten by the new Point System which helped Kai Greene to take another Arnolds win.
Prior to this Show there a many "if`s".......

Lionel also happens to have better biceps, way better abs, and even a better chest. Clearly the better bodybuilder.

As a registered pu55y I'm perhaps surprisingly going to go in hard here. I rate his physique, but Josh ABSOLUTELY typifies the modern 'do (inject/ingest) whatever it takes' attitude.
Hence the bald head and fat face... at age what? 33 or something? Good luck with the 'nads dude....

He does nog "get" back training.

Lionel looks like he's made the most impressive changes in the past yr of the top guys in this ASC.
Despite that, he's got to stand next to Dallas and Cedric and be directly compared.
Both men are much bigger, wider and have greater visual impact, compared to Lionel.
However, if Lionel comes in ripped with a more 3-D Heath look, he could win .
Update - just saw a recent NPC video of Dallas , 3 weeks out.
Back looks weak and he's not that lean and ripped now.
Not sure what kind of condition Cedric is in , but he should be impressive

1.Lionel B, wows the judges , fans and wins a shocking but deserved upset victory.
After this who knows, but I can't see Dallas a clear top 3 considering his recent conditioning.

is Cedric McMillan out of the Arnolds.....?? last year he was very Close to beat Kai Greene at the Arnolds. Only the fact that the posing-rountine was scored double (2x) gave the throphy to Greene.
At the Olympia McMillan was not bad, but not in his best condition he had 6 months before. If Cedric bring back last years Arnolds "package" (or better) he is my favorite to take 1. Place this year.
I also hope that Beyeke bring his best condition in columbus. I saw him at the "Olympia-Europe" in Dortmund/Germany where he was underrated.
My (hopefully) predicitions for next Weekend are

2./3. Beyeke
3./2. McCarver
4. Brandon Curry (the improved Kuwait-Version)

Lionel Beyeke have a Major Problem.....no real US-Connenction.....Markus Rühl said in a interview at a german board, "no Connection, no win in the US". But Beyeke is in his personal top 3 list, also McCarver....but he is not sure if McCarver can bring a real hard look onstage ? so it´s normally between the 2 Mc´s, and maybe the best Body onstage will get 3rd place (Beyeke).

Over-depletion. I heard Aceto say that Iris told him Hide depleted way too much and couldn't fill out. The dude had no problem making weight, which is concerning since he's one of the tallest guy in the lineup.
