The Prep H thing was an old bodybuilding / modeling thing that's from the 70's, 80's. I remember Duchaine writing about it in the 90's. The difference was that it was a last minute fix for trying to inch out the last bit of skin tightness or for fixing eye bags.
Perhaps he can get Big Lenny to help him tape back his love handles too, which is another old photo shoot trick.
