I don't consider myself a racist person but if there's one thing I've learned through the years is that many AA females have bottled-up hostility toward white males.
I happen to work with a particularly nasty ho who got divorced about 5 years ago, has 2 kids and she takes defensive to an extreme, specially when it's a white male that she's arguing with.
As "luck" would have it, I seem to have gotten under her skin and she actually went to HR to complain about me creating a "hostile environment" and that I called her a "dumb bitch" and the n-word.
Now, it's one thing to curse aloud and another, very different, thing to slander. I think I have a case for the civil courts.
Have you ever gone through something like this?

What did HR do? Did they believe her? If she doesn't have any proof, it's your word against hers, and she sounds like a nasty bitch, sometimes they want someone to take their shit out on, and their in it for the long haul. Probably best to say you didn't say those things, suggest she misunderstood, and apologise for the confusion. Sometimes it is better to take the high road, and once the dust has settled just avoid her as much as possible and be cautious when dealing with her. Some Wars just aren't worth it.

I've never worked with an African American female. But I have worked in places were African American females have also been employed. What I'm trying to say is African American females are lazy.

differences even occur within the same race
for example within the white race, you have nordic peoples, slavic peoples and those from the south (ie. italian, spanish, portuguese, etc) and there are even many differences between these peoples

Alot of black women put up a front of self-assuredness, independence of self-worth from the value that others place on them, and confidence stemming from will-power and not circumstance.
But most black women are vulnerable to criticism and like little scared puppy dogs cowering in the corner whenever somebody brings attention to a supposed fault, flaw, mistake, or imperfection in them or their behavior.
In fact, this is not true of only black women, but of all people in general. At least to some extent, and in a generalized sense of course.
Black women are just in a particularly disadvantaged position in our society... A woman, so historically considered and treated as inferior in intelligence and less capable in physical activities than male counterparts; And black, so historically considered almost sub-human in the sense that they were enslaved, abused, murdered, discriminated, segragated, rejected, and alienated and in some ways continue to be up to this day.
With this position in society alot of black women tend to become very accepting of their classification as "less than". They are smaller and weaker than half the population and in the other half they make up a minority which is subject to discrimination and prejudice. It is not easy to see the value of yourself if you are living in such circumstance, it is not in front of your eyes plain to see like it sometimes can be for other people.
This acceptance of "less than" can be short lived, or non-existent, and when it is gone (or mostly gone) the black woman becomes a fiercely genuine, down-to-earth, open minded, and cool as hell human being of such fly classy sophistication it makes my cock throb and my itellect explode with zooming electric expansion and gravitaion towards their presence.

I worked closely with one and she was a total sweetheart. The nicest lady. There were times were she would mumble about some people being racist but honestly they were. A lot of fucking bigots in this world. I think it's hard enough for women in the workplace but a black women is even harder. It's totally true. There's been many times when I just simply looked at a black American woman, and they got all pissed off. Sometimes I'm checking them out, sometimes I'm just being friendly, but they are just so full of hate that they lash out at any white guy they see.
Lots of them think the world is out to get them. Lots of them are very racist against white people. They seem like they are worse than the men. Many native Americans have the same attitude.

Apparently some female officers were unable to resist the animal magnetism of their imprisoned wards within a Baltimore city jail.
A "federal grand jury indicted 25 people -- including 13 state correctional officers -- on accusations that they conspired to run operations of the Black Guerilla Family gang inside correctional facilities," and U.S. Attorney Rod Rosenstein said "correctional officers were in bed with BGF inmates, in violation of the first principle of prison management" as reported by WBAL.
Reputed BGF leader Tavon White apparently admitted over a wiretapped cellphone that "I make every final call in this jail," and while awaiting trial for attempted murder "allegedly had a sexual relationship with four correctional officers -- Jennifer Owens, Katera Stevenson, Chania Brooks and Tiffany Linder -- impregnating all of them at least once," and according to the indictment Owens and Stevenson even "got 'Tavon' tattoos."
The defendants variously are charged with racketeering and other crimes for their alleged roles in a scheme by which "BGF members and associates bribed correctional officers at the Baltimore City Detention Center to smuggle drugs, cellphones and other contraband."
Earlier this month an Orleans parish jail made headlines when videotapes were released which seemingly showed inmates chatting on cellphones, taking drugs and one even playing with a loaded gun as reported by The Times-Picayune.

I have found black women to be some of the most pleasurable to work with. Sounds like you just have a problem with an individual and not a race. In fact, i would argue and say that it is quite the opposite. Black women love white men from my observation. You could just be working with someone who is frustrated with their life and you could be part of the problem as well. Is it fair though to say most white woman aren't primarily attracted to a jacked physique like a black woman. A white woman more that likely is focused on your financial status vs black woman who are use to being the bread winner so that doesn't matter as much.
I hope doesn't come off racist, rather truthful.

I don't consider myself a racist person but if there's one thing I've learned through the years is that many AA females have bottled-up hostility toward white males.
I happen to work with a particularly nasty ho who got divorced about 5 years ago, has 2 kids and she takes defensive to an extreme, specially when it's a white male that she's arguing with.
As "luck" would have it, I seem to have gotten under her skin and she actually went to HR to complain about me creating a "hostile environment" and that I called her a "dumb bitch" and the n-word.
Now, it's one thing to curse aloud and another, very different, thing to slander. I think I have a case for the civil courts.

I have a black female co-worker at work in a very similar situation like that too, and it's because the other white farts had attitude that she did the same thing to them. She's fine with me because I'm not a racist or power tripping prick. And the boss loves her too, she's very hard working.
Be a racist, and expect to be treated fairly? No.

Cheap women attract cheap incentives. It has nothing to do with race. A gold digger, materialistic woman could be white or black. A woman attracted to a muscular and masculine male over a dinky stick figure 'male' also is not race based. Just because TV shows bieber fans loving bieber girl... doesn't mean all white girls are like that.

maybe...I was giving how the opposite is, there is always the opposite. Black women, especially ones who are out of shape, or have image issues, tend to go wild over jacked white dudes. And white chicks who are especially into sports, go wild over jacked black dudes.
i see it all the time.In America sports reign supreme. You go to the clubs, and if there are football players, etc...you'll see what I'm talking about. Especially at the college and grad school level. And especially if they follow football or basketball.
...but around these parts (Washington DC) if you are financially set, and a jack black dude, you have your pick..because one like a freakjng unicorn...

So you're saying black woman aren't use to being the bread winner, and white woman aren't primarily focused on a man who's established? I can tell you now I can walk around shredded at 8%bf looking awesome and the prettiest/smartest woman I know aren't really impressed with that. Yet they find out about certain accomplishments or see financial stability and are immediately attracted. (no matter the muscle or abs) Black woman have a lower status quo overall when it comes to a man who's got an education or does well financially.
