I Have been taking pics but they all look like shit because I am on zero carbs so I have to get some meals in, other wise I have loose skin, when I get 500 grams of carbs then the loose skin goes away, well the muscle fills into the skin.

Here is an example of me from LAST FRIDAY, I WEIGHED 204
 HERE. zero carbs and my muscles are flat, hence the loose skin.

I didnt even think about the lose skin aspect. Yea I guess that is a factor when you drop weight so fast and zero carbs.

loose skin in your early thirties isn't a good sign for the future
And tbh with your workload and diet you should have been ready I thirty days
12 hours a day on a roof on 11,000 cals a week and anyone would have ripped glutes

12 hours a day in blazing heat on a roof laying tiles on 1400 cals a day would have got cswol ripped glutes in the time its taken you.
You could have done it drug free and without touching a weight.

the guy has been on a diet for two months, he hasnt been on a journey to the far side of the sun FFS.
Shedding weight is a peice of piss, you just need a bit of will power which he has in spades, thats obvious.
He claimed he could get ripped faster than anyone else in a shorter period of time and went 27 days without carbs which TBH doing what he was doing workwise should have been more than enough to achive his goal, yet here we are at day 59 still waiting.

I would much rather not get out of shape in the first place. This is how my abs look under shitty light, unshaven, and 300 grams of carbs per day. No need to go to such extremes and be miserable brother.

I am currently at around 5% BF,3% if I borrow OTH calipers  ;)and measure and its been a piece of piss to get there.
Im back on my diet Saturday and will get down to show weight with real shredded glutes in the next three weeks without breaking sweat, never mind 60 hours a week on a fuckin roof  ::)
