Let them sell em!

It's a valuable asset we all have.  For some rich white guy in the US with renal failure, that peasan't kidney is worth a great deal of money.  For the poor guy, it's a life he'd never have for an organ he doesn't need.

yeah,until something happens to his remaining kidney..then he is screwed.
