What fucks it up for you?
For me its sleeping habits. I dunno if I'm an insomniac or what, but I'm always up at weird hours (hahahha - last night I was up like a total nerd playing Halo with my friends til 4 am!)
Its really not conducive to lifting, I stay up sooo late, or I get very little sleep, and then I'm walking around like a zombie all day popping tylenol and pounding caffeinated drinks left and right!
Really trying to change this about myself!
As you guys can see, I'm up at 2:20 am right now, posting on GETBIG and eating a box of Milano Chocolate mint cookies!
