This is a video of my 80 years old training partner Ernest EZ Bar Curling 40kg for 5 reps in the gym today.

Humble Narcissist:
Impressive to still be lifting at all at that age.  Props to him.

Good for him.

The standing barbell curl is a great developer of body power.

I consider it a compound exercise.  It involves the arms, erectors, delts, pecs, forearms, lats, and even the legs.
