In summary, i am sick and tired of hating.  It is incredibly taxing and leaves one feeling empty within.

Hank Wood, has been an interesting 'journey' but not one i would recommend to the faint-hearted!

I caught up with Big Luke Wood today at the Australasian Championships.

Luke was looking huge & healthy, it was great to see my old mate back in good spirits.


We also caught up with Chris Cormier who was also looking well on the road back to the Cormier of old!

Look, I have played the 'politics of personal destruction' before with Luke , and i learnt my lesson when he begun threatening to violently assault me!

Luke's threats of violence are concerning and have me living in fear.  I am still in the process of exploring my legal options regarding this matter.

P.S  The t-shirt design is very bold and uncreative. The ambiguous slogan 'Team Wood' needs to be reworked. IT carries a sexually exploitative undertone... and will not go down well with the female audience!
