does siginificantly increased or high amounts of water really bring out the veins? I read a few times your body works overtime to flush out high levels so decreases retention making the veins more visible. This worked for anyone, how much water should be drunk?

Any heath food store should carry it, go for the 1,000 mg 100 count. I take a handful everyday. It gives you massive erections too so do be careful.

Not only growth, but Nitric Oxide production. About 20 mins, long term results, 2 weeks. I've found the more you use the better results you will achieve.

You noticed any side effects? Some listed aren't too nice like gout, diarrhoea, abdominal pain and bloating.
Will never touch anything like roids but just want something to make a change in my physique. That bicep vein makes a big difference to the look of the arm.

Why does everyone assume wanting veins or to be sub-6% bodyfat is all done to get chicks? If you want to get chicks hover around 10% bodyfat and wear a tight shirt, assuming you're not a 140lb twink, but even as a twink with a set of OK arms pulls chicks. My brother has been to the gym a total of 3 times in his life. He's 145lbs and 5'11". He gets more pussy now (being single) than I ever did when I was single and his age. This has nothing to do with getting chicks, its a personal achievement.
And if OP DOES think that this will get him laid, he's sorely mistaken.

everyone mentioned obvious,,drugs/low bodyfat,,arginine works well,agmatine was mentioned and I used it for while it does better than arginine and it gives a better 'temp'fullness ,take it on its own not mixed with a propietery blend..cheap fix is 'six star'knockoff 'no pump'for 18/20 $$

No sides at all for me. I've had more sides taking B-12.

I put them in my drinks since I hate pills, but mine don't taste like rotten flesh, more like a bitter taste if anything.

Honestly I would say it's genetic more than any specific sups or type of workouts/food/water. My calves for example have always been good size and when I work them hard they get more veiny along with my quads (which are covered).
I think fast high volume workouts definitely make them more pronounced.

Low body fat.
That's the only thing you can change that'll have a lasting effect. Vascularity is otherwise entirely genetic. Glad I have nice vascularity. Even above 15% body fat I am way more veiny than most people.

Ditto! It turns out that I had a kilo of this shit in my "WTF supplements" box and tried it. Fucking NOTHING. I think that I might throw some other shit in my workout drink and see what happens.

I think that I took 5g a day (the same as my creatine) and still didn't feel a fukken thing.

I break apart 4 500mg capsules and mix them in my yogurt in the morning, then another 4 later in the evening. The effects for me anyways, last quite long. But since everyone responds differently just try upping the dose before you disregard it.

i got great results on 3 six star nutrition caps no overdrive'muscle techs knock off line ..i use agmatine more straight 500 to 1000 mg olympia labs 20.00 us good fullness and veins ..
