Yes.
I've noticed recently that some Getbiggers have converted to the twice a day routine but I need to be the TOP DOG so I will do even more!! And to shut the haters up, my new routine is - twice a day, 7 days a week!!! 8) 8) 8)
With the exception of friday that is "only" arms! and "only" once!
THATS THE WAY I DO IT BABY
My new routine starts thursday 20th september.

i cant fit more than twice a day in my schedule, and fridays is kinda fucked up, i only got time to do it in the morning :-\

hahaha.
im working on my routine right now. im doing a mix of low reps and high reps. i need to carefully plan no of excercises etc to avoid overtraining and max the energy levels.
after that i will work at my workout music, studies shows that with music, you can do 1-2 extra reps.

arnold used to train 3 times a day!!! :o
now im no arnold, and im 100% natural and know my limits... but twice a day, 7 days a week can be done if you're a superspecimen.

Overtraining. That is a bad idea and it will be unlikely to produce the results that you think you are going to get. Make sure you keep track of your bloodwork while doing this "routine". :-\

I've decided to start my training ONE DAY EARLY! tomorrow 19th sep!
no time like the present.
it starts off with LEGS - quads in the morning, hamstrings in the evening!

Ya i would like to see this guy work his ass off and see if it makes a difference. The "i have to take it easy because i'm a natural" is one of the lamest, more convenient excuses currently running. Go ahead, work your butt off natural or no.

try training hard? it's not hard to train hard. bodybuilding isnt a tough sport. wrestling training is tough. running a marathon is tough. lifting weights up and down? not so much.

no pain no gain eh? next time you watch me at the gym (you must've since you know so much) come forward and say hi :)

I tried the super high volume thing a couple of times back when I was a teenager...
The result:
1st time... pneumonia and bronchial congestion (two weeks into Super HVT)
2nd time... shingles (three weeks into Super HVT)
3rd time... pneumonia (five weeks into Super HVT)
...luckily I discovered HIT aged sixteen and now I'm big and strong.
The point is that I was training hard enough to suppress my immune system (and I have a robust constitution) with 7 sessions a week... you mustn't even be breaking a sweat if you can handle 14 sessions a week.

Right, consider it an eight week "cycle" and then switch to something else for a few weeks. It could be an excuse to nosh on pizza and ice cream!! ;D

screwing with the immune system is always hard, but then there can be so many reasons for getting sick, i usually get a cold once a year no matter what i do.
