Romney lied in the debates on some things - but that's FINE, because the debates aren't designed for smart people - they're for low-info voters who make their choice based upon a 90-minute stump speech and beauty contest.  I know romney lied in it, and I'm fine there.  

Blacken, dude, you know it's just too convenient we're this low - particuarly with only 114k jobs added.  WAY too convenient, and we all KNOW there was no way it'd be 8.6% today, so Romney would anally plunge him with the jobs report for the next week.

And that's OKAY.   Obama has the power of the incumbency.  Romney has the power of "promise to give tax breaks to 1% when I need their donors, promise now to when I'm speaking to swing voters who hate the top 1%".   it's politics.  Lying is OKAY, sadly.  It is what it is.

I've checked and found that there were 582,000 new part time jobs added....obviously for Christmas....so yes the UE rate is 7.8...maybe even lower....

Rush said a few months back that Obama would do whatever was necessary to get the unemployment number under 8% just prior to the election…this is criminal.

AGREED.   it's just too perfect - the last jobs report that'll matter.. and it goes to this hollywood number.  just too convenient, particuarly with only 114k new jobs.

every repub in congress should print "7.8" on a piece of paper really big, tear it up for the camera, and walk back to their office today. 

"7.8 is a lie" should be the chant at every campaign GOP event for the next 4 weeks.  Period.

Newt sure would   Santorum DEFINITELY would.
