squatting and deadlifting intensely is definitely proven at raising test levels.

All results were within the normal range. The findings in the current study anticipate that Tribulus terrestris steroid saponins possess neither direct nor indirect androgen-increasing properties. The study will be extended in the clarifying the probable mode of action of Tribulus terrestris steroid saponins.[/quote]

n=7 per group is very low, making it almost impossible to find any effects except for really great ones. Generally 15-20 subjects per group is considered the bottomline for reliable research.

however no matter how heavy you lift, no matter how much cholestrol and fat you eat,  you will never have comparable test levels to a juicer.

but a good diet can definitely accelerate results past what they would normally be


" high carb high protein low fat " natural bodybuilder will be CRUSHED by a high pro high fat low carb natural bodybulderr..(asuming all other variables are equal)

yea I've been doing that.but.I'm trying to drop alot of weight and as the article said rapid weight loss lowers test.but I gotta get this weight off so fuck it.

yep, tbombz convinced me via PM to double my protein, and it's paying off.  I lost some weight, but i'm very aggressive, stronger, and horny constantly now.

eat sat fats + eggs
sleep 7-8 hours
don't overtrain
avoid phytoestrogens (peanuts, storing in plastic, etc)
eat lots of carbz, get your healthy fats
don't stress about things
get your diet down to  a T.

tibulus is bunk, 6-oxo has scholarly articles on pubmed showing its effectiveness, why dont you look it up.

alcohol transiently raises t levels, and dhea does boost testosterone along with other hormones.

I just cooked up another pack of hamburgers.  Will i pull a matarazzo and have a heart attack from all this beef? perhaps.  But I'm kicking ass on everything work, gym, etc at the moment.  This must be a small % of what people feel like when running test.  Just harder all over, aggressive, and this sense of agitation?

I have seen a big improvement in my test levels since I completely quit drinking last July.  Definitely sleep better and recover from workouts is much faster.  

I can't see myself drinking again, maybe I should change my handle.
