I have been asked to leave more than a few churches because I would confront the pastor about the car they drove or the home they had.  It seems every time it was a "love gift" because they "took care of their flock".

I told them they fleeced 'em and reminded them that the Apostles were working men, fishermen to be exact. But if not near the waters they would rely on those they took care of spiritually but never did those men screw anyone over like a mondern day clkergyman.

Being a "man of God" does not mean you can be a man of means and that by other folks hard work.  A living when needed, yes.  But never should a minister be a leech. This was when I had faith.  That was lost by not only looking in the mirror and failing to see God but also looking in the mirror of the folks around me and seeing nothing of good, let alone God.

I am  too tired to correct my spelling. Sorry. I am on medicine and while it helps it makes me even dumber, LOL!!

Spell check is a wonderful tool. I couldn't write a paragraph without it.  :D
