Lunatic in an evolution class asking the most absurd question and gets angry when the Prof (Dr. Kajiura) doesn't know how to answer it. Context: The slide we were on just before was about Female Sexual Selection. For instance, female peacocks have selection in their mates, preferring the males with the bigger train of feathers..
Somehow she went off on some tangent with a question about how does Evolution play a role in the killing of all black people... Dr. Kajiura tried to answer her question even though he had no idea what she was talking about. She repeated her question 4-5 more times and it turned into this craziness you see here... Clearly, this person has some SERIOUS emotional issues within herself and the discussion of PEACOCKS was the catalyst to the unleashing of this insanity. She was escorted out of class and I heard she was tasered and arrested by the police. ;D
Today was our review day before a test on Thursday and students were getting irritated by her wasting our time. No one understood what her point was... Craziest thing I've ever seen. Apparently natural selection doesn't remove crazy from the population.

Or are you saying unsuccessful black men are the result of being raised by unsuccessful single black women without a father figure present?
Also, if you are a SBM, does that mean getting professional black woman to have sex with you is much easier?

It's a cultural thing derived from the Southern United States. Coined "Black Rednecks". They simply copy the English, Scottish highland people who lived in the hills of the UK back in the day. The real Rednecks from the present day UK came over with no manners, quick to react without thinking behaviour, etc.... The black slaves in the south simply copied them since they were within close proximity... The blacks just never let go of the behaviour. Look at the Baptism religion, very loud, singing, shouting the sermon, etc. Then the blacks moved to different U.S. Cities and simply repeated the behaviour. Very weird and Interesting. Africans I know in the States think that Black people are not liek they are. Black people in Canada are like white people in Canada, the Somalian gangs notwithstanding.

Ah, success...what is being successful
It's many diff things, what has happened is that the Feminist movement pushed for women to get an educating and the "I don't need a man" agenda, but with black women, they have one standard for black men, and another for others. You can't be "nice", you have to be a "playa", can't be nerdy...and then, they either very picky or accept trifleness.
Now, the baby boomer generation was the generation where women divorced in droves due to "I'm unhappy" and "I want to follow my career". Professional black women and inner city black women both either having kids out of wedlock or are single mothers due to divorce.
They pus for their daugthers to get an education, yet they have no male role models to show what a man is supposed to be and how to love said woman. All they have to go by is the pop culture---the playa, hustler, thug image that was started in the 70s---blaxploitation films.
Now, women regardless of race are a man's quality control, if their is no quality then there is no control.
Today's woman, especially black women were not taught that by their mothers.
And said sons, who were raised by a single mother---have no role model to teach them what is expected, because their mothers never required the men they had kids with to stick around.
Basically, women have more power than men, and in the oft quoted saying, "With great power comes great responsibility", and this is the result of them not talking responsibility...

A lot of the bad black behavior reminds me of kids with autism who are completely oblivious to social cues and thus unable to function normally in social settings/situations because the have no understanding of appropriate behavior. When in formal settings like a school they have a hard time coping.
You can't blame the autitic kids because the are born that way. Homeboys and homettes (and rednecks to a degree) on the other hand are purely a result of poor parenting and a culture that values thug behavior.

People who I've known all my life, cusines etc. friends... educated, self awere and some even in healthy good relationships have been dealing with the hells angels, getting proper "hanoi rocks" and other stuff... knife stabbings..
People you knew couldn't hurt a soul have been middle hands of bigger dealers etc. Suddenly I see that so many has done/is doing some shady things. Anti depressants and sleep pills used like it's aspirin. I thought this was mostly in the states, lol.
When I was in a club few weeks ago and I had taken two "beans", it was the first time I was high on them in a club I swear, and I saw a whole differend world.
I was completely self awere and conscious believe me, but this time I saw people differently because my attitude was differend. I even got hotter women interested in me because they saw me taking them, I mean "hot". It was like people valued bad things and if you were on beer you weren't even noticed, it was strange.
Now this has probably allways been like this, but I don't think it has been in this large scale. Only last year I discovered mj, and now that I've tested the adam properly I've noticed that many people are using dope/drugs. It's like the generation of babylon or something.
But like I said, I may be imagining things but at the same time I don't think so. I have asked random people in clubs and in the gym "you got anything on you?" and he/she would either be like "no I don't use sory, but I can get some for you if you want" or "what you want" ready to do business, trust me, and they weren't even phased, it was like asking for coffee.
So in other words, now that I have tasted the dark side/underworld, imo the dark side is the majority of this society and so many people are dealing with the underground or atleast have connections. Maby I'm wrong, I just speak how I have perceived this.

Most Africans Who come to the US are pure bred, and Black Americans are mixed, they even have words for us---and look down upon the fact they we are not "pure" like them.

What it sounds like to me is yet another attempt to transfer blame and rationalize poor behavior instead of taking responsibility for ones actions.

At the very least they are better at rationalizing and justifying it, often arguing that they are actually incapable of it. Black racism reeks of a sense of entitlement stemming from the belief that because of their ancestors where persecuted society owes them a pass. That kind of thinking is an affront to ethical principles.

What I am saying is I've come to the same conclusion based on observations of southerners and blacks--before hearing about that book. Black culture is at least partly an African interpretation of southern culture. They put their spin on it, but that's what it is at its core. So when you send a bunch of what are essentially black southerners to sophisticated northern cities there's going to be culture shock.

i think that was the 'noble savage'...the idea that these were simple folk that had no capacity to be devious (or malicious). partly the idea they were living 'as God intended' and were somehow more pure for it.

What I am saying is I've come to the same conclusion based on observations of southerners and blacks--before hearing about that book. Black culture is at least partly an African interpretation of southern culture. They put their spin on it, but that's what it is at its core. So when you send a bunch of what are essentially black southerners to sophisticated northern cities there's going to be culture shock.
not really an interpretation per se, but an amalgam or hybridization of both african (diff ethnicities and southern), but also in the N.O. are black and french, just like in Brazil certain areas are more african influenced and some are more native.
Look at Ibrahim Ferrer of Buena Vista Social Club fame, he prays to St. Lazurus of Candoble---and hybridization of African and Euro (Catholicism) religions.
