standing calve raise machine. Put on 50lbs and do 30reps full ROM down and up squeeze for a half second at the top. Immediately followed by 30 reps on a block or the machine with no weight full ROM quick squeeze at top. Then 30reps standing on teh floor with no weight and a squeeze at the top.
Repeat this 3 times immediately after each other withh full ROM. iereally stretch at bottom. You will be fucked. Any takers?

Goudy...believe me...there will be all kinds of power men here chiming in how that is a pussy weight and all that shite....but I bet most would not be able to do that.
Work your tibialis anterior muscles (on the front of shim) by putting your heels on the edge of a stair step...lift your toes up as high as possible(while stabilizing upper body/balance so you don't fall)...hold for a count of 5....point toes as far down as possible.
Most would be toast after three sets.
